Several outlets are in need of repair. They do have covers on them, but they are not in proper repair in case they are in need of an additional outlet in the classrooms.

E 1.1: Food sanitation procedures followed.

Infants did not have hands washed with soap and water before or after mealtime. The educator used a wet wipe, but no soap and water. The high chair was not cleaned directly prior to or after mealtime.

E 1.3: Sufficient indoor space for children, adults, and furnishings. Ample space for adults and children to move around.

Not all classrooms have natural lighting.
