Summary of Complaint Investigation and Safety Plan monitoring Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint and safety plan. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. The children had access to a bar-b-que grill located in the breezeway where they were having outdoor play. A child climbed on the grill, and it fell on top of him. Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint . If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. During outside play two (2) educators from the same classroom left their children unattended. A child from the same class was also observed running around in the classroom with no supervision. Once the two educators left this made the teacher/child ratio 2:30 which is non-compliant. A child was also found in an empty classroom by himself.

If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. According to the daily report, a child enrolled on 03/03/2025 diaper was changed at 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The child was present from 7:54 a.m. to 4:04 p.m. According to a statement made from the director, the child was changed more than twice that day.
