The agency had an educator that was working in a classroom that did not have a criminal background check clearance. During the visit on August 23, 2024, Licensing Consultant Christi Hardy observed that during outdoor play, a 15 month old child was allowed to play on the playground in the same area as children in the 2.5 to 5 year old classroom. Children under 30 months should never be combined with children over 30 months.
