LC Chastain investigated a self-reported incident at this agency on 3/21/25. An 18 month old child was left unattended on the playground on 3/13/25. The incident was not reported on the same day. The owner/director entered the information into the licensing portal on 3/18/25. An 18 month old child was left unattended for 45 seconds.
