LC recommends checking all classroom doors to making sure they are safe due to some doors were very hard to shut and secure. 2. LC recommends continuing to do name-to-face when going outside. 3. LC recommends closing a classroom if you do not have staff to fix lunch or conduct breaks. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. The children were only served pizza for lunch. The agency was not following USDA guidelines. The toddler classroom was missing a door knob so the educator had a changing table in front of the door which blocked the exit. This caused the facility to not be safe or free from hazards.
