See Below for Detailed Information Observation: PE received a complaint (#260642) advising a kindergarten student was left on the playground for 5-10 minutes unsupervised. 1240-04-01-11:Supervision corrective action: We will now be taking a roll sheet to the playground staff will be required to take roll when they go to the playground while actually laying eyes on each student when they're names are called and then every 30 minutes there after. staff will also take roll upon re-entering the building while also looking at each child while calling their name. observation: Program evaluator arrived and observed children grouped together ages 15mo-34mo. 1240-0401-22: child care center requirements corrective action: This day a couple of people called off work and we had no back-up to call on so we did the best we could to keep the children safe. We are interviewing to hirer additional staff to call on when there are unexpected call offs of regular staff. Hope to have this in place within the next two weeks.
