Observation: When PE entered three staff was sitting at the table to the left when you first enter the café. One staff was with children in the restroom and another staff let me and Brittany in. There was not an adult physically present and supervising while children were eating. There was not adult sitting with children at meal time. When one staff returned she immediately went to the Pre-K table and when one staff returned from the restroom she walked to the school ager table.
