The children also were not allowed to get seconds if they have not tried all the fruit, meat or vegetables on their plate. During an unanounced visit to investigate a complaint, after interviewing educators it was determined that on more that one occasion children were on the toilet up to or longer than 30 minutes which is a violation of licensure rules. Children were also not alllowed to get up from toliet when they asked to get up. Children can't sit on the potty longer than 5 minutes at a time.

Technical Assistance Provided: 1. LC gave TA on the location of the cots in the Toucans class. The cots need to be arranged so all children can be seen at a quick glace. The child that sleeps behind the diaper changing area can't be seen unless you are sitting close to that area during nap. 2.
