During an investigation it was discovered that a child had expressed possible abuse. This is required to be reported immediately to DCS. After several attempts to obtain the DCS referral number LC cannot confirm that this was reported in a timely manner. During an investigation it was determined that the onsite director was made aware of potential instance of child abuse but did not follow mandated reporting procedures.
