Summary of Complaint Investigation Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. For children that sleep in a crib, be sure to have names labeled along with roller/flipper to match where the child is placed. 2. Birthdays to be posted to help with knowing the ages of children that are in the classroom. 3. Although the educator may know the cups of each individual child, be sure to label cups with the names of the children. 4. In the event that a parent does not sign out, educator/director to initial and note the time. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans.

I also observed that another staff person did not have an updated health exam on file.
