Summary of Compliant Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and compliant If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. An educator was observed sitting outside the classroom door for a period of less than two minutes leaving the class unattended during naptime. A CCR&R coach conducted a visit on 1-3-25 at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, one educator greeted the representative, facilitated entry, and requested that the visitor sign the log. Another educator was observed sitting in the hallway eating lunch, and the Director joined shortly after. It was further clarified that the teacher assigned to the classroom had stepped out momentarily to retrieve a plate of food. The Director acknowledged the lapse in supervision and indicated that the plate should have been delivered to the classroom to maintain proper ratio. Per licensing rules: At least one (1) adult educator shall be awake and supervising the children in each nap room/sleeping area;
