The ratio for that class is 1:4. The class had a ratio of 1:5 during that time. While gathering ratio's LC Utley observed an child eating snack the supervising educator Nicole R. seated in a chair with her back to the child that was eating. While the child was still eating the educator was giving instructions to the other children in the classroom. There was an educator working in a classroom whose background check had expired. The educator did not get reprinted within the 5 year period as required by licensing rules. During an unannounced visit on 4/20/26 to investigate a ratio complaint in the Infant class. While completing ratio checks LC Utley observed educator Nicole R. who was the only educator in Pre K class sweeping the floor while a child was eating snack.
