It is required that electrical cords not be accessible to the children. 1240-04-03-08 Equipment Corrected Plan: The director taped the cords to the wall and along the legs of the swing to correct the violation during the visit. The director plans to create safety checklist for staff to check for accessible cords and other hazardous items in classrooms.
