0520-12-01-.06 PROGRAM OPERATION.(1) Each program shall maintain a system that enables all children in the program’s care to receive a level of supervision that is appropriate to their age and their development, physical and mental status so as to ensure their health and safety and that allows program personnel to know the whereabouts of each child. It was self-reported to PE Shumate this date that a child had inadvertently stayed behind in the classroom when the rest of the class went outside. It was reported that it was a very few minutes as another teacher noticed the child and provided supervision.
