A Plan of Corrective Action was completed by the director.1.Teachers will incorporate a visual attendance board which will show who is present/absent each day. 2. Teachers will begin using enter/exit sheets which they will use whenever leaving their classrooms and going to a new destination. They will take attendance right before leaving the classroom and when they reach the destination and vice versa. The last teacher out of the room will also do a quick visual sweep of the room, bathroom and teacher office before proceeding to any destination. 3. Teachers will always make sure there is a teacher at the front and one at the back of the lines. Plan of Corrective Action is in process of being completed and is to be completed by February 9, 2018. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. On emergency bags going outside with the educators. 2. Summary of Complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and a complaint investigation. Technical Assistance Provided: 1. LC assisted the executive director and assistant director with access to the provider portal, and completing a change report to update the director information. 2. LC advised that a referral can be made to CCRR for training in areas that they feel they need assistance in. 3. When babies turn 12 months old, they need to start transitioning to a mat or cot. By 13 months, they should be sleeping on a mat or cot and no longer sleeping in a crib. 4. A document detailing staff designated in charge throughout the day was developed and posted per the recommendation of LC. 5. The assistant director will attend the New Director and the Personal Safety trainings in August. LC provided instructions on how to register for those trainings in the provider portal. 6. A discussion regarding TNPAL occurred and LC suggested that new staff should create a TNPAL account before registering for or completing any trainings.
