LC Ratliff was in the classroom observing the educators get the children cleaned up from lunch and to their cots. One educator walked out of the room to put the dishes on the cart in the hallway and grab a blanket for child leaving the room out of ratio.

Observation: PE viewed cords accessible to children, rubber around wall peeling, tables stacked inappropriately and dead leaves on the floor from plants. Each of these things is hazardous and unsafe for the children. 1240-04-01-.16 Physical Facilities Corrective Action: Director unstacked tables and lay flat down. Rubber around wall will be fixed in a few weeks due to new flooring base board. Will attach mirror to wall. Use electric tape to hide cords from children.
