0520-12-01-.12 (3) (a) A minimum of thirty (30) square feet of usable indoor space shall be provided for each child. 0520-12-01-.12 (3) (c) For the purposes of calculating square footage requirements, any area used as restrooms, halls, kitchen, or office space, and any space used by cribs or large pieces of furniture, shall not be considered "usable play space" and shall not be counted toward the program's certificated space. Program has large cubbies that are taking away from the usable play space and reducing the number of children enrolled in the classroom.
