A 15-month-old female escaped out of the playground gate and went missing for approximately 17 minutes. The child was found in a parking lot and was taken to a nearby buisness, where an unknown local went to the childcare agency to notfiy that a child might be missing. Educator went to the location of the child and identified and retrieved child. They educator and child returned back to the childcare agency.
