See Below for Detailed Information LC observed a child's epi pen not in the lock box. It was in the child's bag. The caregiver also wasn't able to reach the lockbox as it was placed on a high shelf. The epi pen wasn't in the original box with the child's information on it. The epi pen had the child's name on it, but no other information. There wasn't any paperwork with the medication. 5.
