Observation- Director Self Reported that a 20m old child drank from another child's cup, the cup contained milk that the child was allergic to. Child had an allergic reaction to the milk. The child's Epi-pen had to be used. This is the 2nd incident for this child drinking from another child's cup. The first incident also caused a allergic reaction which the child's epi pen needed to be used. 1240-04-01-.11 2. (a) (b) Supervision Corrective action- Staff and director developed a new lunch time plan for the educators and child. Staff was retrained on mealtime supervision.
