Summary of Follow-up/complaint Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations and complaint and safety plan follow -up visit. The second educator had been in the room but stepped out for a minute to take milk to the upstairs fridge. She stated she meant to take a child with her.

The same educator walked out of the classroom while the children were seated eating snack,and there was no line of sight of the children while they were eating. There were no certificates printed and new employee could not get into TNPAL to show verification of training. LC also searched TNPAL and the new employee was not listed under the center. The new employee was in a classroom with children unsupervised prior to having training verified.
