Papertowel holder in one classroom needs to be secured to the wall. 2. Cords for laptop/computer speakers need to be inaccessible to the children. 3. Playground rules need to be child-oriented (use pictures) and posted at the children's eye level. 4. Classroom rules need to be on the child's eye level. 5. Prep changing table prior to placing a child on the table. This prevents the educator from putting the child at risk of falling off the table while the diapering supplies are being gathered. 6. Discussed storing mats/bedding separately in a way that prevents bedding from cross-contaminating each other. 7. Ensure that all classrooms have real-life pictures of places, objects, and animals posted. 8. Some lesson plans need to include parent involvement, health and safety, and TN-ELDS. 9. Some classrooms need help with transition time before lunch/nap. 10. Ensure all children have a sheet and coverlet for their nap cot. 11. Safety concerns, hallway lights need to be left on during operating hours. 12.
