The PC was reviewing the classroom videos when she noticed the educator in a classroom pulling on the child. The child was picking up an Ipad off the shelf and the educator told him to put it down and started walking toward him. The child put the I Pad down and started running away. The educator grabbed him by the arm and started jerking him towards her. Then she say down on the floor with him and wrapped her legs around him so he couldnt move. The child moving around. The educator said to him "If you are going to act like a baby I am going to treat you like a baby." She then started to make crying noises to him. The agency immediatly reported the incident and the educator is on leave without pay. The incident is valid.
