Teachers try to stand in front of basketball goal to keep children away, but metal pole and rusted equipment pose a safety hazard. Hazardous equipment needs to be removed from the play area. Chapter 0520-12-01-.12 (5)(e) The outdoor play/care areas shall be free of hazardous items that could be accessible to children.
