Summary of Complaint and QRIS Monitoring Visit The visit conducted today included monitoring of the agency's compliance with Licensing Rules and Regulations, complaint, and scoring of the QRIS. If any violations were received, details can be observed in the compliance details section of the visit along with corresponding corrective action plans. Tables were not washed with soap and water and sanitized directly prior to lunch in one of the classrooms. LC observes super glue stored in an unlocked drawer in one of the classrooms. The super glue is labeled "keep out the reach of children." FS withdrew the violation. LC and FS provided technical assistance. The child care agency is going to use the shaken baby syndrome/abusive head trauma policy created by CCR&R. Management has not reviewed this policy with staff. A child begins eating lunch at the table and is not supervised by an educator. When LC brings this to the attention of one of the staff in the classroom, the staff supervises the child. One educator supervises the children during lunch while one educator cleans up the toys on the floor. A child spills their milk and the supervising educator moves to clean up the milk.
