OBSERVATION: During an interview, 3 teachers, (lead, assistant and specialist) were observed by camera joining in on a potentially dangerous activity of pushing a child that was in a wheelchair, too fast. After several pushes, the child's wheelchair was entangled with an orange cone in its path, causing the wheelchair to fall over with the child hitting his head.
