See Below for Detailed Information Observation: LC learned through educator statements that an educator had inappropriately grabbed and placed an infant on the floor because the infant was crying and had bit someone. LC also learned educator had popped an infant on the head on at least two occasions because the infant was crying. LC also determined educator spoke harshly to infants on multiple occasions as a form of discipline. 1240-04-01-.15 PROGRAM, LANGUAGE, AND LITERACY DEVELOPMENT. (5) Behavior Management and Guidance. (b) (c) (h) (e) Plan of Action: Educator was fired at the time of the investigation. Director is speaking to all employees about proper discipline.
