Observation: During the ratio check in the Toddler 2 room, the youngest child was 16 months and the oldest child was 3 years. Children under two years cannot be mixed with children over 30 months. The director moved the child under two years into the toddler one room. Rule: 1240-04-01-.11 (1) (a)(s) Specific Requirements for Child Care Centers Corrective Action: Child moved to younger classroom. Director will look at ages and ratio chart more closely when combining rooms when needed.
