See Below for Detailed Information Observation: complaint came in that 3 staff members might have been smoking weed during their break. One Caregiver tested positive. 1240-04-03-.07 STAFF. Corrective Action: All three educators were sent for a drug screen test and director will follow what her drug policies says if staff found to be positive. Observation: when PE walked into the room their was no caregiver in the classroom supervising the children ages 4 to 5. 1240-04-03-.06 SUPERVISION. Corrective Action: Caregiver returned to classroom and PE provided Technical Assistance and recommended training.

Observation: Non toxic child friendly paint accessible to a toddler who was able to open and injest it. 1240-04-03-.08 EQUIPMENT FOR CHILDREN.
