A violation was cited for a supervision lapse in which 3 4-year-olds and 3 5-year-olds were left alone sleeping for less than a minute. An employee walked off the job and left three four-year-olds and three five-year-olds unsupervised during nap. The supervision lapse lasted for less than a minute. The coteacher was returning from lunch and passed the departing employee in the parking lot. The children remained asleep for the duration of the lapse. On Monday, November 3, at approximately 1:00 PM, an educator walked off the job and left 3 four-year-olds and 3 five-year-olds sleeping. The co-teacher was coming back from lunch and passed her in the parking lot. The children were left alone for less than one minute.
