There shall be no dangerous angles, no sharp edges, splinters, nails sticking out, no open S-hooks or pinch points within children’s reach. There were several pieces of rebar sticking up out of the railroad timbers that need to be nailed back down

All outdoor play equipment shall be placed to avoid injury: (i) Fall zones shall extend six (6) feet away from the perimeter of climbing equipment and away from retainer structures, fences, and other equipment and out of children’s traffic paths. The railroad timbers and not extended 6 feet out past the side of the swings or the back of the train that children climb on.
