The Group Home should be 12 + 3, but there were 20 children observed. 1240-04-01-03 REQUIREMENTS FOR LICENSURE AS A CHILD CARE AGENCY and 1240-04-01-21 SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS FOR GROUP CHILD CARE HOMES Corrective Action: Technical assistance was given to the director regarding capacity requirements for a Group Home. Observations: A file for a new hire did not contain required training prior to working with children. 1240-04-01-06 STAFF Corrective Action: Technical Assistance was given for requirements for training that are required prior to working with children. PE advised the director to call a substitute in and send the new hire home until she gets the training completed.
