At an unannounced complaint visit on 5/13/2025, the Licensing Consultant observed the Director leave the Butterflies classroom unsupervised at 6:29 am for approximately 15-20 seconds as he went to the front desk to escort a child back to the classroom during early morning drop-off. The Director was within direct sight-line of the classroom but could not see the entire classroom at a glance when in the hallway.
