Observations: Several children had rescue medications on site that had the physicians instructions but lacked parents written authorization to administer. 121240-04-03-.10 HEALTH AND SAFETY. Corrective Action: The Director immediately created a form, sent an email to parents stating the authorization had to be completed this date. Later on the same date the Director sent to Child Care licensing the signed forms. Violation was corrected.
