See Below for Detailed Information Observation: While investigating a complaint, LC reviewed documentation that reflected the agency was providing to much credit for in house trainings. Documentation also reflected several children were signed in or out of the agency with the code belonging to Director, though she was not present. It was discovered that agency staff were utilizing her code to sign children in/out instead of having their own pin assigned. 1240-04-01-.05 OWNERSHIP, ORGANIZATION, AND ADMINISTRATION Corrective Action: Due to limitations of ProCare system the agency is not able to have any initials off staff that completed a sign in our out other then Director Tasha Bowers or Owner Lisa Bowers, but agency is working on a way to reflect who actual staff member was. Also, while staff sometimes reviewed trainings on ProSolutions as a group or review material with Owner Lisa Bowers via phone when they do not have access to the internet, she would sometimes log on to individual educators accounts to obtain training certificates for the individual educators.
