See Below for Detailed Information OBSERVATION: During assessment, there was a naptime supervision lapse where sleeping child went 19 minutes without being touched. 1240-04-03-.06 SUPERVISION POCA: Timers were placed back in the classrooms for nap time supervision, staff were re-trained on SIDS and safe sleep and administrative staff have been in the classrooms more to make sure staff are doing what they are supposed to be doing. Agency has been very proactive in correcting the problem.
