Licensing rules require mulch to be six (6) inches deep at fall zones to protect children in case they fall. 1240-04-03-.08 Equipment for Children Corrective Action: The provider has ordered mulch for fall zones and will email verification (pictures) to PE by November 30, 2017 showing the fall zone at the end of the slide is six (6) inches deep.
