LC discussed the new bus. The agency will need to submit a copy of the vehicle inspection report from a certified mechanic or DOS. LC will email the template. 2. LC discussed the change reports. LC reviewed the current change report with the owner. LC referred the owner to the helpdesk to update her email address. 3. One of the educators had a question about blankets in the infant room. LC discussed best practices. 4. LC discussed the transportation rules, including daily inspections. The agency needs to inspect all safety restraints and windows before transporting children. Environmental Health Specialist visited the agency on 7/26/2023 and cited a violation for: open deli meat in fridge from 8 days ago. The Environmental Health Specialist also found that temperature of the ham and the milk in the fridge were 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Environmental Health Specialist visited the agency on 7/26/2023. The Environmental Health Specialist cited violations for: carpet is damaged, window is broken up high and taped together, and rubbery tiles on playground are concave with abrupt edges causing a trip hazard.
