A cot with a resting child was observed partially underneath a table.
In two of the classrooms, cots with resting children were observed placed behind furniture and thus not allowing for sight/sound supervision.
In one of the classrooms, 3 cots were observed placed closely together and without adequate spacing between them.
Two staff do not have evidence of completing the mandatory health and safety trainings within 90 days of hire. Of these two staff, one is on medical leave.
