Admin has reported to have ordered individual bags, first aid kits for all classrooms. Infant rooms observed to be sharing first aid kit at this time.

Preschool classroom observed to have 19 students in room resting. Capacity of the classroom is 18 due to students being 3 years old. Due to the amount of students in the above mentioned classroom the classroom was out of ratio.
Licensor observed evacuation cribs in two toddler classrooms to be storing bags and classroom items.
The files of four children prescribed medications (KM, SM, AR, and OG) are missing signed consent to administer the medications.
One staff is not certified in Pediatric CPR/ First Aid. Course completed was for adults.
Program is not conducting/documenting pre-enrollment interviews in accordance with the regulations.
