Staff files were reviewed and the following was observed: -1 staff (RV) missing both the DCYF CANTS Clearance and Comprehensive Criminal Background Check -2 staff (LC and MA) missing a DCYF CANTS Clearance -1 staff file (JW) could not be located and thus noted as missing both the DCYF CANTS Clearance and the Comprehensive Criminal Background Check Of these staff, only 1 was present at the time of the visit. A DCYF CANTS Clearance was conducted by Licensing Admin and staff was allowed to remain onsite. Provider was informed the other 3 staff cannot return to work until DHS receives evidence of the clearances being completed.
