Observed sponges in sinks in Toddler Classroom. It was not clear if the sponges were being used for cleaning or for a classroom activity. Program administrator disposed of the sponges.
Diaper Changing Table in Toddler Transition classroom was observed to be in need of being wiped down, there was dust/debris under and around the changing pad.
Licensor observed a bottle of ibuprofen pills on top of a cabinet, and an inhaler on top of a shelf. Neither item was labeled and was observed to be casually placed on top of furniture.
One spray bottle on counter top the toddler transition classroom was not labeled, program admin had extra labels in the office and was able to re-label this bottle.
