Provider reported that children do nap in bouncy seat when other children are awake to ensure sight and sound supervision. Licensor discussed safe sleep regulations, requiring children sleep on a crib or cot only.
Upon arrival to program Licensor was greeted by provider who was disposing of a dirty diaper outside of the program space. Due to provider disposing of trash this resulted in the children being left unattended by sight and sound supervision.

Large wooden storage cubby space needs to be anchored to wall. Remove or clean under foam alphabet mat as it appeared to be dirty.
Reg discussed with provider. Children should never sleep,in room with door closed. It was observed that infant was sleeping in room with door closed. Provider immediately opened the door when licensor shared concerned of infant sleeping behind closed door.
Missing additional emergency contact information for children
It was observed that children need additional engagement of a variety of toys and materials. A set curriculum for provider to follow and structure her days is highly recommended.

Provider has a sleeping baby behind closed doors. Reg was explained to provider. Children were observed needing more structured and supervision during time licensor was present.
Did not observed any culturally inclusive toys
It was observed that there were not enough toys for children to play with, most were broken or damaged. Books were not accessible to children. Provider shared children ripped books and broken toys. Provider appears to need support with curriculum and opportunities for activities.
