The counter/sink area in the Toddler room is unorganized and cluttered with cups, toys, art supplies, etc. Food items for both staff and children were on the counter, dishes were in both sinks to be cleaned and/or put away from previous day.
Child files reviewed did not contain evidence of a preadmission I/T feeding plan.
During outdoor play, staff were seated in their designated areas. Seating allowed for clear supervision of the children/space. Staff responded to children verbally but remained seated and physical participation in play activities was not observed.
In the SA classroom, the corners of an area rug are curling posing a potential trip hazard.
