Missing posted in some classrooms. PSO Roman informed owner of which classrooms were missing the poster through out the visit.
PSO observed construction materials in front of playground gate. PSO discussed reg with owner and advised to remove materials and ensure area is clean and free of hazards during operational hours of the program.
Some egresses were not identified. PSO Roman pointed out which ones during visit.
Program extension had not been inspected prior to today's visit. Program's license will be updated upon visit completion.
