Licensor informed provider of the fire drill log and how she is supposed to insure that a fire drill needs to be conducted monthly and they will need to be logged.
Provider currently changes children on her bed. Licensor informed provider that this is not allowed.

Provider currently does not have children who use bottles however the children use sippy cups. Sippy cups are not labeled at this time. Licensor advised provider it is best practice to label the sippy cups as well to avoid confusion and cross contamination.
