While completing visit licensor observed the second classroom to be very cold. Licensor inquired about the thermostate. Staff advised the heat had not been working upon arriving to the building that morning. First classroom was maintaining heat better than second but heat to both classrooms was not in working condition. Licensor advised that the second classroom could not be used for the remainder of the day due to low temperatures.
