    During the time of inspection, it was observed that there was a pipe that was sticking out on the side of the building where the children play. The faucet pipe was low enough to be a hazard for a child to get hurt if they were to fall and hit themselves on the pipe. There were wires on the side of the house that were hanging on the side of the building accessible to children. The glass window of the garage was broken.

To verify operability, a child care center shall manually test all fire detection devices or systems at least once every thirty days and shall maintain a written record of the testing with the facility's fire drill logs.
