There was a broken door on a playhouse located in the outdoor playspace that was removed during inspection.

Multiple ceiling tiles in the bathroom downstairs had significant water spots on them indicating a leak.

    During the time of inspection, it was observed that child 1 was sitting in a highchair during snack. The child was visibly too big to be placed in a highchair. Staff explained to licensing representative that the child was in a highchair due to the child touching other children's food during meals and spitting everywhere so it was the easiest way to prevent the child from doing those things.
