While reviewing camera footage, it was observed that child 1 ran away from staff member 1 before getting a diaper change. It was observed that staff member 1 chased the child. The child fell to the ground and staff member 1 stepped on the child's leg, lifted the child off the ground, picking him up aggressively and took the child into the bathroom where the child continued to fall to the ground and the staff member aggressively attempted to pick the child up each time. Staff member 1 is then observed grabbing the child's wrists and holding them on the wall while the child was using the bathroom Camera footage also showed that child 2 had dumped toys on the floor. The child was instructed to pick up the toys. When the child did not pick up the toys, staff member 2 grabbed the child's right wrist and pulls the child forward and puts a block in the bin and points to the other blocks on the floor. Staff member 2 aggressively grabs both the child's arms and forces the child to clean up the blocks by holding the child's wrist while cleaning up the blocks. Camera footage also showed a child playing with the vents in the classroom.. Staff member 3 walks over to the child and instructs the child to move away from the vent. The child did not move and the staff member picked the child up by their forearms, takes a step and aggressively puts the child on the ground. The child is then observed crying for approximately a minute and a half before a staff member tends to the child.
